30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Fornel chair. If for any reason you're not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• The chair must be in its original condition — unmodified and free of damage beyond normal initial use.
• All original parts, hardware, and packaging should be included.
• You must contact us at info@myfornel.com to initiate the return before shipping the item back.

Non-returnable items:

• Cushions and harnesses that have been used (hygiene reasons).
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
• Items showing damage from misuse or neglect.

Exchanges: If you'd like a different color, email us and we'll arrange a direct exchange at no extra cost (subject to stock availability).

10-Year Structural Guarantee

Every Fornel chair is backed by a 10-year structural guarantee from the date of purchase. We stand behind our craftsmanship because we build chairs that are meant to last a decade or more.

What's covered:

• Cracking, splitting, or warping of the solid beech wood frame.
• Structural joint failure under normal use.
• Finish peeling or flaking under normal indoor conditions.
• Manufacturing defects in hardware (bolts, inserts).

What's not covered:

• Cosmetic scratches, dents, or scuffs from everyday use (these are normal for real wood furniture).
• Staining or discoloration from neglect or harsh chemicals.
• Damage from misuse — standing on the footrest, using the chair outdoors, exceeding the 200 lb weight rating.
• Normal wear of the lacquer finish over many years of heavy use.

This guarantee is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all claims.
